Cheese Flapjack Recipe
Here is the incredibly popular cheese flapjack recipe – even my dairy hating daughter will eat these! You can hid vegetables and seeds in them too!
- 2 eggs
- 50g melted butter
- 150g porridge oats
- 150g cheddar cheese
- 1 large carrot
- 1 tbsp seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)
Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Line a baking tray or brownie tray.
- Put the oats in a mixing bowl with the melted butter.
- Add the seeds, cheese, eggs and carrot.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and flatten with the back of a spoon.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool in the tin before slicing.
