Talks and presentations

Workshop-2I welcome the opportunity to pass on my knowledge to groups, clubs, organisations and schools.  Recent talks have included a visit to Tandridge Council to talk about balanced energy, a local exercise club to talk about Sport’s Nutrition, a local health club to talk about Sport’s Nutrition and a number of schools to discuss healthy lunches and after-school snacks.
