Spring Supercharge could be the programme you need and I am delighted to be running this alongside pilates instructor, Aileen Ross.
Now that the kids are back at school and the weather is starting to improve, it’s time to prioritise your well being, tone up, improve your mental health and take care of yourself.

Spring Supercharge nutrition and pilates programmeStarting 19th April, this is a 28-day eating plan based on real, unprocessed whole foods, low starchy carbohydrates, good complex carbohydrates, lean protein, healthy fats. NO calorie counting allowed!

Pilates is for everyone it is a gentle (yet powerful) form of exercise that can help you remain active and pain free, restore your core and pelvic floor, build muscle tone and strength and improve your resilience to stress.

Here’s what we have planned for you each week.

Week 1– Planning, abs and core
Week 2– Easy meals and easy snacks, balance and strength
Week 3– Stress resilience, mindful movement
Week 4– Foods and movement that supercharge our health and boost energy
Pilates Classes 
Week 1- Abs and Core 
Our first week is designed to strengthen your abdominals, improve your core strength, tone your midsection, and leave you feeling strong from the inside out.
Week 2- Balance and Strength 
This week we will be focusing on improving your balance and stability as well as total body strength-building.
Week 3- Mindful Movement
We focus this week on movements to remind you to breathe deeply, mobilise your joints, and relieve stress and tension in your body.
Week 4- Energy Booster
This week’s classes are designed to give you a energy boost! When we are finished, you’ll feel revitalized and ready to take on the day.
